Yes, you can receive attachment (up to 3 MB per mail in the free plan and up to 20 MB per mail in the premium plan) through your email mask just like you would with your regular email address. The email mask forwards all messages, including attachments, to your real email address seamlessly.

Are there any limitations to the number of messages I can receive through my email mask?

There are typically no limitations on the number of messages you can receive through your email mask. It functions similarly to your regular email address, allowing you to receive a high volume of messages without issues.

Can I reply to emails using my email mask?

Currently, you can't reply to emails using your email mask. However we are working on this feature for our premium plan users. Soon, you'll be able to respond to a message received through your email mask, by replying from your real email address to ensure proper communication.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you have made a payment for the next subscription period, if you cancel, you will still have access to the premium plan until the paid period expires. Please write us email at keptler@protonmail.com if you want to cancel your subscription.

Can I ask for a refund?

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds on payments already made. However, you can always use our free version without any limitations before you decide to subscribe to a paid model of KeptlerMasking.
