Swiss Engineering Holding ("Swiss Engineering Holding," "we," "us," or "our") provides privacy services aimed at enhancing your online privacy and security, such as KeptlerMasking (referred to as the "Services" or the "Service").
KeptlerMasking safeguards your primary email address by creating masks that enable you to send and receive emails without disclosing your actual contact information.
Kindly review these Terms (referred to as "Terms" or "Terms of Service") attentively, as they contain crucial details regarding your utilization of the Services.
To access the Services, it is mandatory to have an account. By creating an account, you must also consent to abide by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy describes the information that is transmitted when using the services and outlines how we manage this data.
Our servers are based in Switzerland. However, the servers of our service providers may be located in diverse countries globally, including the United States. As a result, your information may be processed for various purposes (e.g., payment) on servers situated outside your country of residence, potentially governed by distinct data protection regulations. By furnishing us with information, you consent to this form of information transfer.
Payment. We provide the Services as automatically renewing subscription services. Upon registration, you grant us permission to charge the payment method you furnish for the subscription fees applicable to the initial term of the Service(s) you enroll in. Your plan is set to renew automatically at the conclusion of each term, and you authorize us to levy the subscription fees for each successive term. Failure to make payments will result in an immediate transition to the free tier, leading to the loss of access to all premium features.
Subscription Cancellation.You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you have made a payment for the next subscription period, if you cancel, you will still have access to the premium plan until the paid period expires. Please email us if you want to cancel your subscription.
Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds on payments already made.
We offer KeptlerMasking as a service available either for free or as part of a paid subscription.
Usage of KeptlerMasking. If you currently hold a valid, paid subscription to KeptlerMasking, Swiss Engineering Holding grants you the right to utilize it in accordance with these Terms of Service. This authorization is strictly for your personal use, and you are prohibited from transferring, sublicensing, reselling, or commercially exploiting KeptlerMasking. You bear sole responsibility for the content you transmit and its associated consequences.
By using KeptlerMasking, you confer upon Swiss Engineering Holding all the necessary rights to operate the service, including the processing of your email address for sending and receiving emails associated with the masks you generate. In situations where an email cannot be delivered to you, we will retain it on our servers temporarily and delete it after successful delivery (in no instance exceeding three days).
We refrain from reading or storing the content of your email messages beyond the time required for delivery to you. If you choose to block promotional emails using the service, it will assess email headers to determine whether an email should be blocked.
Scope of Service.The free service allows you to generate up to 1 random email mask, while the paid subscription provides the capability to create an unlimited number of email masks.
In the free service, KeptlerMasking is constrained to sending emails up to 3 megabytes in size, encompassing attachments. Conversely, the premium service extends the limit to 20 megabytes. Emails surpassing these size thresholds will be automatically deleted.
Feedback, Ideas and Suggestions. By providing Swiss Engineering Holding with any ideas, suggestions, or feedback regarding the Services, you grant permission for their use without charge and without imposing any additional obligations.
Intellectual Property. Swiss Engineering Holding and its licensors do not confer upon you any intellectual property rights in the Services beyond those explicitly outlined in these Terms. Specifically, these Terms do not grant the right to utilize any copyrights, trademarks, or other distinctive brand features associated with Swiss Engineering Holding or its licensors.
Usage Responsibility. You affirm to Swiss Engineering Holding that you will not employ the Services to infringe upon anyone's rights or violate any laws.
Limitation of Liability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, you acknowledge that Swiss Engineering Holding will not be held liable for any inability to use the Services, service limitations, or claims arising from these terms. Swiss Engineering Holding explicitly disclaims the following: indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages; direct or indirect damages related to loss of goodwill, work stoppage, lost profits, loss of data, or computer malfunction.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and absolve Swiss Engineering Holding from any liability or claims arising from your involvement in the Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Service Disclaimer. Swiss Engineering Holding offers the Services "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swiss Engineering Holding explicitly disclaims any legal guarantees or warranties, such as "merchantability," "fitness for a particular purpose," "non-infringement," and warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade.
Governing Law. These Terms are subject to the laws of Zurich, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our non-enforcement of any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such rights. In the event that a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. These Terms represent the complete agreement governing our Service, superseding all previous agreements between us related to the Service.
Terms Update. Periodically, Swiss Engineering Holding may choose to revise these Terms. The updated Terms will be published online, and your ongoing utilization of the Services will be considered acceptance of these changes. An effective date will be displayed at the top of this page to indicate the timing of our most recent update.
Termination. These Terms remain in effect until either you or Swiss Engineering Holding opts to terminate them. You have the option to conclude these terms at any point for any reason by discontinuing your use of the Services and canceling your subscription. Swiss Engineering Holding retains the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for anyone at any time, for any reason, including if Swiss Engineering Holding decides to discontinue the Services. In the event of suspending or terminating your access, we will make an effort to notify you via the email address linked to your account or during your next attempt to access your account.
If we terminate your access to the Services without a specific cause, you will retain access for the current billing period, or we will refund the current month. However, we retain the right to immediately terminate your use of the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated the Conditions of Use or otherwise breached these Terms.
